Whether you’re organising a recreation day, a TYHY or TYKY wellbeing day, a team day, a management team day or a team building event, an art workshop is an experience that genuinely stands out from the everyday. If needed, you can fit a meeting into the day too: the morning is yours, and in the afternoon we paint. There’s no competition and no experience needed. The workshop doesn’t favour the young, the sporty or the loudest voices in the room, and everyone succeeds in their own way.
Two ways to organise your team building day
We offer both, so choose the one that suits you best.
Art workshop at your premises. You take care of the space and refreshments, and we bring the workshop, the instructor and all the supplies. From €550 + VAT for 10 people.
Fully organised team day. An all-inclusive package where we take care of the venue, the food, the art workshop and all the arrangements. All you need to do is show up. From €1,450 + VAT for 10 people.

Art workshop at your premises
Our skilled instructor leads the workshop from start to finish. They walk everyone through the technique, give personal guidance and make sure the atmosphere stays relaxed. Everyone paints their own canvas of about 30 x 40 cm and takes it home: a lovely keepsake for years to come.
We bring all the materials, canvases, paints, supplies and aprons, set everything up in advance and clean up afterwards. All that’s left for you is to enjoy it.
Food and drinks
The workshop pairs nicely with a meal, whether that’s lunch beforehand or dinner afterwards. Your company decides whether to serve soft drinks, alcohol or keep things fresh and alcohol-free. Any of these works. Glassware can be arranged separately.
Price and group size
From €550 + VAT for a group of 10. Each additional person €55 + VAT. The workshop works for anything from a small team to a large organisation, and we scale the number of instructors to the size of the group.
Fully organised team day
Want everything ready and waiting? We organise an all-inclusive team day at selected venues in Oulu. We book the venue, order the food and plan the schedule, so none of your working hours go into organising. The day works for a single team, the whole staff, a client event or a management team meeting.
Full day, 8:00 to 15:00: meeting and art workshop
The day starts with morning coffee or breakfast, and the morning is reserved for your own meeting: a strategy day, quarterly review, training session or project kick-off. After lunch, we paint.
From €175 per person + VAT, i.e. from €1,750 + VAT for a group of 10.
Afternoon, 11:00 to 15:00: lunch and art workshop
A shorter day without the morning session. You can extend the afternoon with a sauna or afternoon coffee, for example.

Venues and extras
Our venues are a historic villa close to the city centre, a manor house on the riverbank and a hotel in the city centre. The venue shapes the food, the atmosphere and the facilities, so we’ll help you choose the right one.
You can add afternoon coffee, a sauna or drinks to the day. Drinks are served by the venue’s restaurant under its own alcohol licence and billed based on actual consumption. Only non-alcoholic drinks can be combined with the Soul painting workshop. We’ll accommodate other wishes whenever possible.
Prices apply to weekdays (Monday to Friday), with a minimum charge of 10 people.
Everyone can take part
It matters to us that everyone feels welcome and comfortable. The workshop is open to all, regardless of background, ability or anything else, and we make sure everyone is able to take part.
If an employee needs a support person, they are welcome to come along free of charge. If the support person would also like to paint, a separate participation fee applies. Let us know in advance if anyone in the group has limited mobility, and we’ll find a suitable space. If someone prefers to avoid acrylic paints, for example due to pregnancy, we’ll arrange an alternative technique.

What should we bring?
Nothing, as we provide the aprons. Paint may not wash out of fabric, so it’s best not to wear your favourite clothes. If you’ve booked a sauna, swim or hot tub, bring a swimsuit.
Can we take the paintings home?
Yes. Everyone takes their own painting home on the same day. The paintings from the Paint your colleague workshop can also be put together as a portrait gallery of the whole team on your workplace wall.
Can the workshop be held in Finnish?
Yes. The workshop is held in English or Finnish, so let us know your preference when booking.
How far in advance should we book?
The earlier the better. For a fully organised team day, we need any dietary requirements and your preferred workshop theme at least 21 days before the event.
Do you have ready-made days, or can we put together our own?
Both. Send us a message or request a quote, and we’ll send you a brochure of our ready-made team days. If none of them is quite right, we’ll put together a day based on your wishes.
