Paint your own Christmas spirit. No stiff entertainment acts, no forced party games and no sitting at the same table all evening. At an art workshop, your team does something together, the atmosphere relaxes all by itself and everyone takes home their own painting, perfect for putting under the tree.
No experience or talent needed. There’s no competition, and the workshop doesn’t favour the young, the sporty or the loudest voices in the room, so there’s room for everyone, from the intern to the CEO.
Your Christmas party can also take place during the day, within working hours. That way, those who find evenings difficult can join in too, and the morning can be used for your own programme, such as a Secret Santa gift exchange or thanking the team for the year.

Christmas party workshop at your premises. We bring the instructor, paints, canvases and everything else you need to your premises. You decide on the refreshments. From €550 + VAT for 10 people.
Fully organised Christmas party. An all-inclusive package where we take care of the venue, the food, the art workshop and the schedule. All you need to do is turn up. From €1,450 + VAT for 10 people.

Christmas party workshop at your premises
The instructor leads the workshop from start to finish: demonstrating the technique, going round to help everyone and keeping the mood light. You can choose a Christmassy or wintry subject, and everyone paints their own canvas of about 30 x 40 cm.
We bring the canvases, paints, equipment and aprons, and tidy up when we leave. All that’s left for you is the fun part.
Christmas food and drinks
It’s easy to build a whole Christmas party around the workshop: a festive lunch beforehand or dinner afterwards. The drinks are up to you, whether you go alcohol-free or not.
Price and group size
From €550 + VAT for a group of 10, and €55 + VAT for each additional person. The number of instructors depends on the size of the group, so the workshop works for a small team as well as a larger crowd.
Fully organised Christmas party
If you’d rather someone else took care of the arrangements, we put together your Christmas party at selected venues in Oulu. We book the venue, order the food and plan the schedule, so none of your working hours go into organising. The package is ideal for a team or whole-staff Christmas party, or as a client appreciation event.
Full day, 8:00 to 15:00: your own programme and Christmas party
The day starts with morning coffee or breakfast, and the morning is yours. You can use it for a Secret Santa gift exchange, end-of-year thanks and awards, a Christmas quiz, your own entertainment or even your last meeting of the year. After lunch, we move on to painting, and if you like, you can end the day with a Christmas sauna.
From €175 per person + VAT, i.e. from €1,750 + VAT for a group of 10.
Afternoon, 11:00 to 15:00: lunch and art workshop
A lighter option without the morning session. You can extend it with a Christmas sauna or festive afternoon coffee.

Christmas food and treats
Christmas food is part of a proper Christmas party, and you can request it in our packages too: a festive lunch, treats from the traditional Finnish Christmas table or festive coffee. Christmas menus usually cost a little more than a regular lunch, and the price depends on the venue. Don’t hesitate to ask for current prices, and we’ll tell you the options.

Venues and extras
You can choose from a historic villa close to the city centre, a manor house on the riverbank and a hotel in the city centre. The venue shapes the food, the atmosphere and the facilities, so we’ll help you choose the right one.
You can add festive coffee, a Christmas sauna or drinks to your Christmas party. Drinks are served by the venue’s restaurant under its own alcohol licence and billed based on actual consumption. Only non-alcoholic drinks can be combined with the Soul painting workshop. We’ll accommodate other wishes whenever possible.
Prices apply to weekdays (Monday to Friday), with a minimum charge of 10 people.
Everyone is welcome
A Christmas party should feel good for everyone. The workshop is open to all, regardless of background or ability, and we make sure everyone is able to take part.
A support person can come along free of charge, and if they’d also like to paint, a separate participation fee applies. Let us know about any mobility needs in advance, and we’ll choose a suitable venue. If someone prefers to avoid acrylic paints, for example due to pregnancy, we’ll arrange a different technique.

Yes. Fully organised Christmas parties are held on weekdays, either as a full-day package from 8:00 to 15:00 or as an afternoon from 11:00 to 15:00. In the full-day package, the morning is yours to use as you wish.
Do we need any painting experience?
No. The instructor guides everyone personally, and everyone succeeds in their own way.
How large a group can take part?
Anything from a small team to a large organisation, as the number of instructors is scaled to the size of the group. The minimum charge is for 10 people.
What should we bring?
Nothing, as we provide the aprons. Paint may not wash out of fabric, so it’s best not to wear your finest party clothes while painting. If you’ve booked a sauna, swim or hot tub, bring a swimsuit.
Can we take the paintings home?
Yes. Everyone takes their own painting home on the same day, perhaps to put under the tree. The paintings from the Paint your colleague workshop can also be put together as a portrait gallery of the whole team on your workplace wall.
Can the workshop be held in Finnish?
Yes. The workshop is held in English or Finnish, so let us know your preference when booking.
How far in advance should we book?
Christmas party season fills up quickly, so the earlier the better. For a fully organised Christmas party, we need any dietary requirements and your preferred workshop theme at least 21 days before the event. Stricter cancellation terms apply to fully organised events in November and December, and you’ll find them in our booking terms.
